The Future of Our Congested Motorways

Increasing traffic congestion on roads is a sign of the fact that there are too many cars on our roads, and not enough road space to accommodate them. As traffic experts rack their brains to solve the problem, more cars hit the roads every day. What is the future of our car congested roads?
